"The crew was very good brought me a water as soon as I drove up. Guided me in, explained what they were doing. And was done in maybe 15 min start to finish. My only issue was the fact you don't give away car wash coupons anymore since this location is half a block away from the car wash"

"The Team was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable! As soon as I pulled into their parking lot I was greeted by a Team member with a bottled water. They explained to me everything that they were doing and recommended things for a future visit. "First time there. They met me outside with a bottle of water. Thought that was nice. They had some sort issue with scanning my vehicle in which is totally okay but they didn’t really say anything to me. I was kinda just sitting there and no one thought to mention “hey we’re having some technical issues give us just a minute “ it took 12 minutes for them to just get me in the system. They advertise 10 minute oil change and that kinda shot that. Which is why I thought they might mention their issues. Also one gentleman checked my tire pressure on one tire and he wasn’t going to check the other tires because the one he checked was full. Had to request he check all of them as I knew I had one that needed air. They were all super friendly and that I am very impressed with. Their prices are much lower than Valvoline and their customer service far exceeded them as well. Great job to management for having such a friendly crew. We will be back!"
