"Horrible experience with my dental bridge. No post care instructions. after temp bridge or permanent one. Clearly in a hurry to get me in and out. Over booking. No personal care for the procedure. I had to look online for a post care myself. I had a bad experience since getting the temp bridge, but was stuck with them until I got my permanent. No care taken in Consideration for the extreme sensitivity I was having to cold when placing in my new bridge or when my temporary fell out four days after being placed in. I will be switching to a new dentist. I do not recommend."

"Just blown away by what a great experience I had here! Susan worked hard to find me an appointment when they were all booked up. Penny and Anita were kind and helpful once I was there. And Dr. Salmons was great - he even gave me advice and a treatment plan that probably cost him work and money. So glad I came in here for a second opinion!"

"I don’t know how to adequately express how fantastic Dr. Salmons, Andrea, and the rest of his staff really ARE. They have been beyond kind, beyond everything. I had been going back and forth to my sister’s dentist in Nashville, even though I live in Knoxville. She knew I needed extensive work, and recommended her dental school classmate, Dr. Salmons. I’m so grateful she did! Let’s put it this way - in this life, I’ve only had a handful of people be SO nice to me it actually made me cry. The people in this office are THAT kind. Dr. Salmons always calls later, to make sure you are okay after your procedure. If you call with a problem, he’s often the person who calls you back. I have feared dental work since I wore braces 45+ years ago, but not here. All their equipment is super up-to-date, and they don’t make you feel bad about why you’re there. I can’t think of anything that’s sufficient to explain what a fabulous 180 degree departure Dr. Salmons’s office is from the norm. It’s impossible to stop with five stars - they get ten! *And now, thanks to them, I have a beautiful smile.*"

"Dr. Salmons and his staff are not only professional but also very personable. Dr. Salmons actually called to check on me the morning after a procedure! His wonderful assistant was very reassuring after I revealed to her that I was anxious about dental work of any kind. Two of his other assistants dropped by to check on me during my procedure! I've never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist. I also don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write this review because of the exceptional service I experienced. I would highly recommend Dr. Salmons."

"My most recent visit: This dental office is hands down the best! I LOVE everyone on Dr Salmons team. Doc is an amazing dentist and truly cares about each person he sees! I called this morning and needed to see Doc and within about 5 minutes we had a return call to come in today. Thank you Susan for getting me today. This staff goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible!! They are more like family than a business! Thank you again, Lois. Hands down the best staff ever!! ! Dr. Salmons is AMAZING! He is the most gentle, caring and loving dentist I've ever seen! My husband and I drive an hour and a half just to be treated by him and his staff. Highly recommend him!!!"
