"Overall great experience. I had broken a tooth over the weekend but luckily I was not experiencing any pain. I called their office Monday morning to schedule an appointment and they was able to work me in their schedule early the next morning. Dr. Chesney determined I needed a crown and was able to get the tooth prepared with a temporary crown that morning. Dr. Chesney and his team were fantastic throughout the whole procedure."

"My cleaning appointment was right on time, as always. No waiting. While there, I had 4 cosmetic fillings put in, which I had requested. I was still out of there in less than one hour after walking in. Fast, friendly, efficient, and professional."

"I searched for an email to contact Dr. Chesney’s office directly before writing this because I don’t think writing a review is the best way to handle unhappiness with a service provider but was unable to find one. We have been happy clients for 4ish years and honestly still are for the most part BUT last time I brought my 8 year old she was ready to be a “big girl” and go by herself. While in the chair the hygienist wanted to do x-rays, which are a challenge for some of us adults. Well my little one struggled because she has a strong gag reflex and they were unable to get x-rays. I didn’t hear anything about this until we were on our way home and I was asking about the appointment. She told me she doesn’t like the dentist and doesn’t want to go back. I dug in and learned she had a different hygienist this time and that she wasn’t as nice and made her feel bad when she couldn’t do the x-rays to the point she wanted to cry. That’s NOT ok and not good for her future as she is now afraid of the dentist. If you’re going to work with children PLEASE be kind and patient and when they can’t/won’t cooperate PLEASE be kind and gracious with them. I was tremendously disappointed as we have had great experiences until now."
