"Was a patient here since 2016. I called to reschedule a cleaning last month and they told me it would be 2-3 months before they could get me in. I said it's fine, just the earliest opening, and asked if they still offer to call if there's a cancelation (I was canceling a week out after all, so surely someone on a list could get my appointment time) but she was super rude and said no and made me feel horrible for even asking to reschedule. When I explained I was rescheduling due to a death in the family, that I was flying out to give a eulogy at my uncle's funeral she said it doesn't matter why, there's nothing they can do. No sympathy, no condolences, just sustained rudeness. A month later I called back to talk to the office manager and see if it was just a misunderstanding or a bad day, but she said they're 3 months out, don't offer the cancelation option, and reiterated that they DON'T CARE about patients or their reasons even if there's a death in the family that is none of their concern."

"To Whom It May Concern: I rencently had my six-month cleaning at Premier Dental. Val, the office manager, greeted me with a big smile, and made me feel appreciated. And, unlike experiences I've had with other dental services, my wait was short. I was in the dental technician's chair within a half hour of arriving. Before, Ms. Le, the dental technician, began my cleaning, Dr. Williams, who has been my dentist for over a decade, came in to greet me and he checked my teeth; and reviewed my xrays, to make sure I didn't need any more extensive work on my teeth. He is always so friendly and always asks how I've been. After the doctor completed his review, the technician, Ms. Le, completed my cleaning. I have to say I've never had a friendlier, more highly-qualified, dental technician work on my teeth. Dr. Williams will incur a huge loss, when she goes off to dental shool in the fall of 2015. I hope he can find a comparable replacement. All and all, I have been more than happy with Dr. Williams and his staff.
