"So I had to leave a review.. I went in & after X-rays, received initial diagnosis from tech that I qualified thru insurance for 2 root canals & 2 crowns. I LOVE my teeth & at 48, they are almost untarnished & filling free. But I wanted to do what was right, I didn't want them to break on me. The morning the work was to be done, Dr. Smiley came in. I looked at him and said, "Promise you'll be honest with me. I love my teeth. I've always been of the philosophy that as you age, you should keep the things you have for as long as you can. Will you tell me the truth, do you think I need this work done?" He seriously studied my X-rays & said, "Truth?? If you were my wife I'd tell you not to do it yet." I mean this man could have made money off me without a second's thought. But he chose to have MY best interest in mind & I've never had a doctor selflessly care so much. I walked out of that office minutes later ELATED that I could carry on with my two original untouched front teeth for some time more. He told me warning signs to look for, he wants to check in on them yearly. He was through & gave me a super sensible plan. I know this for a fact... When the time does come, I'm coming STRAIGHT back here as there's no one I trust more with the well-being of my teeth! Thank you for being such a solid human :)"

"Very bad communication about services, insurance, & out of pocket expenses. I was basically told whatever in order to secure my business then unexpectedly charged an amount I was completely blindsided by. They allowed me to pay as I was able to get the money. However, I have been trying to make a payment for a whole month now & can never get anyone to answer. I decided to try again today on my lunch break & have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Tried to call from other phones & asked to hold for a second every time. SMH, beware........"

"Dr. Smiley and his staff are truly God-sent. We've been patients for 6+ years at this office and have only kind words. We knew Dr. Smiley before he began Smiley Tooth Spa and followed him when he branched out. Even when our brother passed away in 2017, Dr. Smiley and the staff graciously supported us and spoke at the funeral, which meant much to our grieving family. His heartfelt words brought joy to our hearts during our time of mourning. It's something to have a pleasant dentist's office to visit, but to be treated like family is truly remarkable. The diversity in the office always touches my heart and amazes me since diversity isn't something you usually see. In addition to being diverse, the staff is friendly, which reflects Dr. Smiley's expectations. We've never been treated poorly, even when staff missed lunch in order to get patients in and out. We appreciate their diligent work and dedication to patients and the company as a whole."

"He was so wonderful with my special needs' son! The staff was always aware of my son's medical issues and tried their best to get us in and out as soon as possible. My son's no longer with us, but the caring attitude didn't stop at death. Dr. Smiley even took time, along with a staff member, to attend my son's services. That meant a lot to our family! My children still go to him even though they are adults now. Thank you guys for the wonderful treatment of my family before and after his transition! I DEFINITELY recommend him for dentistry whether you have a special needs child or typical! They're wonderful!"

"Dr. Smiley was outstanding. I've had some major issues with a tooth, and he was not only patient but so precise in making sure he was able to fix the tooth. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I actually drove 3 hours for him, and would do it again today just for the treatment he gave me. He's phenomenal. Patient, and so caring.
