"I had a timely and pleasant experience with Dennis and the sales team at Chuck Hutton in Memphis. I asked about the GM Educator’s discount and qualified due to my position, which, combined with their President’s Day savings, meant I got a nice deal on the Chevy Trax I’d been looking for. The floormats for this make/model had been on back order, so they let me know ahead of time that I might have to come back to have them installed (which, coming from 2 hours away, was not ideal). But Dennis triple-checked with his team and had been able to confirm the floor mats had come in that morning so I wouldn’t have to come back so soon just to get those. I’m grateful he made that little extra effort to save me a trip. Overall, a satisfactory experience!"
