"Our car slid off into the yard and became stuck in the ditch. We called for a wrecker to pull us out. When the wrecker arrived we had to help the driver pull out the cable and also sit in the wrecker with a foot on the brake because the parking brake would not work. In the course of pulling the car out at one point the driver lost control and the wrecker rolled back and almost hit our car. We asked for a discount because we had to help the driver and were rudely told that was how it was. No discount and no discussion. I would not recommend this wrecker service under any circumstances. Call anyone but Robby Parker at Parker Wrecker Service. I wouldn’t even give him one star but you have to just to write a review."
