"More important than helping me, they helped by daughter and son-in-law when their truck broke down on the side of the interstate. The owner did some trouble shooting and saw the oil plug was gone and took them to a local auto parts store to get a replacement and purchased more oil. He then crawled under the truck to install the oil plug and helped put in the oil. He made sure their truck started and was operable before he left. Nice to know there are still businesses and people out there who go above and beyond to help someone in need (especially my girl!). THANKS SO MUCH!!"

"Probably the best towing guy I have every had the pleasure to use, when my USAA rep could not get one of their contacts to get to me, they put me in touch with Barrett's, super guy, was at my location in about 15 minutes, and dropped my mini-van off at my local garage with no issues. Very professional, super friendly, Bill was the best. Price was very reasonable as well. Will make sure we only call for issues in my region from now on. Thank you again, Eric"
