"The first part I got was the wrong one and had to take it back. Then, they were out of stock on the correct part. I was told that it would be here in 40 mins, but that turned out to be 2 hours. The employees seemed like they had medical issues. I thought they might just pass out right there in front of us! Maybe someone had just died they were close to. Absolutely no enthusiasm was exhibited. We were there for a good 3-4 minutes before they even acknowledged us."

Whatever you're working on they can relate to you like they just took their own car off the lift doing the same repair. Awesome same day delivery from the local distribution warehouse if you're early enough m. I stopped in at 2:00pm ordering a radiator and they had it ready for pickup at 5:30pm same day."
