"What an absolute joke. I worked with Derrick Chatman on trading in our Range Rover for a 2023 Defender. I sent him a photo of the vehicle I wanted from their website. I then went and test drove the vehicle. After going back and forth with him on what we would be willing to pay for the vehicle, he text us at 1pm on Saturday saying that if we could get there before close that day (4pm), we could do the deal for the vehicle. Minus the trade in value of our vehicles, we would be paying 10k for the new Defender. We dropped what we were doing and headed there right away. When we arrived, I was told there had been a mistake and that the deal we had agreed to was for a completely different vehicle. I was told that to in order to make the deal for the vehicle that I was interested in (the vehicle that we had been discussing the entire time and the vehicle I personally test drove) I would have to pay $23k, $13k more than what we had agreed to. Needless to say, we ended up leaving without making a deal. I’m not sure if the salesman is a liar or simply incompetent, but I will NEVER do business with them again. I would advise everyone else to avoid giving them your business if at all possible."
