"There are several policies and warranty that have never been told but they provided them as documents when I took implant at this dentist. One year later, a receptionist called me that I have to take an exam, but it was covered by the payment I did in front (a year ago). I asked if this is a just extra cleaning, regular dentist is taking care of twice a year. The other dentist has taken X-ray every year and they examined based on it. She emphasized that this visit is free of charge, and we want to inspect it after one year. After short inspection by the dentist, they charged me $158 at the end. Even I explained why I am visiting here (instructed by your receptionist), the recipient insisted that the different person is in charge of appointment (she is not here) and everything is written in documents. She handed me a copy of the warranty document including the reason of the visit. She seems to be aware of this kind of miscommunication, and I pretty sure that several other clients have visited and asked the same questions (about the charge). Be careful about extra charges after year. I feel I paid enough for implant surgery, and they should take care certain periods. It was a worst experience; I do not like some of people there. They try keeping clients forever and will collect $$ for a short examination. I will pay for all necessary treatments, but not for being looked for a few min."
