"We love Dr. Whited and the office staff. Orthodontic work is expensive, even with the best of insurances. Not only is it a financial commitment, but it also takes time and dedication to see results. Who wants to take on something like that with no guarantee that you will see changes? I certainly don't, but we came up with a comprehensive plan with Dr. Whited that addresses all of the issues my son has and the best course of action to treat them. We found Dr. Whited and his staff to be very knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest techniques. I love how efficient the office runs: we are always in and out quickly, able to get through to a real person in the event of an emergency, and able to resolve billing questions with just a phone call. My son has no problem with caring for his braces using the tools and instructions given in the office and I know that I am investing in his self-esteem for the future.
