"Today was my first experience with Dr. Bimmer. Easy to make an appointment and when I walked in Amanda was very friendly. I had a coupon that I received in the mail and it had expired over the weekend and at 8 AM Monday morning I asked if they could still honor it and they declined. Pretty disappointing. No way I would do a customer of mine like that. The repairman was very nice and they took their time showing me what was at issue with the vehicle. They couldn’t exactly determine what I had wanted to address but I decided to go with an oil change and brake flush and when they called and told me my vehicle would be ready shorty I showed up and they hadn’t taken it back yet for the brake flush. I waited just about 30 minutes, which is not a big deal, made my payment and left. The place is nice. Extremely clean and offers coffee and snacks. For a first visit it was good but could definitely have been better so that is my 4 star rating. Hope it helps Dr. Bimmer and the reader. :-)"
