"Service Reps need to assist African males with more assistance when entering for car service. My situation was I was greeted and was ask if I had appointments. I responded yes.Then I was told to choose any reps I desire. After that. I was just standing with no more assistance. I had to walk up to a Rep to get attention while others got attention more quickly. Also when calling in for car service for appointments, staff need to be sure of the price giving so rep won't charged customers more at the time of appointment. Otherwise I was please with my service."
