"Very unprofessional. Had my truck a full week and never communicated that they needed a copy of my warranty to start my repairs. Very nonchalant and unconcerned attitude and extreme lack of courtesy for the customer. Called several times to check on my vehicle and the supposit mechanic never came back from lunch nor returned my calls. Some people just don't need businesses that have to preform customer service. They do not understand the concept or really care about the inconvenience to their customer. The lack of empathy is mind-blowing."

"Ridiculous place! Had my car from 9-5 one day, never open the hood, so I came and got my car brought it back the next morning at 10 AM. And they kept it until 515 before ever touching it. Called me and said we think we know what the problem is. Five minutes later they called me and says well we fixed it that’ll be $209. I had a warranty they never even called my warranty department to even get a denial or an approval which I was told it was denied, so basically lied straight to my face. Total rip off!"

"This crew is as incompetent as they come. They have broken things in my car and tried to charge me to fix it. The repair I came in for wasn’t even fixed correctly and I had to go to a different shop. They have been nothing but rude and I would rather drive my car into a ditch than go to this shop for even an oil change."
