"I took my care in on November 14,2023 because I was having issues with it as of today December 30,2023 still haven't even looked at my car everytime I call they ask me what's wrong with it smh one I called the lady told me it was in the shop she would call me when she find out more well I never got that call"

"I would give Homer Skelton in Olive Branch, Mississippi a "ZERO" The reason is I have been waiting on my tags to be transferred since July 5th 2023 and as of today I have not received them, all of a sudden David Richardson came in with all these excuses and he needed to give me a temporary tag. He said Shelby County Clerk Office had a problem with my hyphenated name which I do not believe at all, my name has been hyphenated since 2017 and every year I get my tags with no problem, nice try David I don't believe it. And as for you Kris True I thought you would really solve the issue with my tags but you passed it on to someone else, I guess you did not have time to check it out and you didn't pick up the phone and call like you said you would that is bad business very unprofessional. I don't know what really happened to my tags being transferred but at this point ALL OF YOU need a refresher course on how to transfer tags when the customer ask you to, it does not take 6 or 7 months to do so so stop blaming Shelby County Clerk Office for what Homer Skelton did not do to make it happen. I am burning my gas coming back and forth to check on the status of my tags and I am ALWAYS told they should be here next week and next week never comes, David Richardson just comes up with a new lie every time and expects me to believe it well I don't at all. Last week I went in and Johnny at the Front desk told me according to the information on the computer I should have my tag the first of this week, it turns out that was a lie too. They just need to tell me they dropped the ball and did not do what they should have done and that is to simply transfer my tag to Shelby County and I could have picked my own tags up and they refund me the balance, I guess that was too much like right. I went today 10-31-2023 and David said my new tag would be there next Thursday around November 9th 2023 they probably won't be. Chase thank you for trying at least you communicated with me on a weekly even though you got nothing done either. This whole situation is a BIG MESS that Homer Skelton don't know how to get my transferred tags done, they taking the easy way out and that is to order me New Tags which I don't want. Homer Skelton you all need to do unto others as you want them to do for you. I will NEVER do business at Homer Skelton, Sorry Kim Little, nothing against you you did your part. Think again before you purchase a vehicle from Homer Skelton on Craft, it will a very long time to get your tags."

"If I could give -10 stars, I would. Absolutely horrid. They "forgot" what they were going to check 3 times. After 8 days, they still can't figure out why sensors aren't working. Service Manager is not available. Sales manager too busy giving appraisals to return a phone call timely and General Manager doesn't answer messages. If you take your car here, it won't get fixed."

"Sales experience was awesome, service afterwards was really bad! After having a great experience buying a car at Homer Skelton, I decided that the over 30 min drive for service was worth the good service.... well, I had an appointment for the first scheduled maintenance (pretty much oil change and tire rotation) and I was there for 3 hours! Definitely not going back!"

"I got in line at the service center on 01/22/22 and asked if they could do a front end alignment on my '02 Chevy Silverado 1500. They said they could. After a few hours, I picked up my truck and paid. They charged me for "shop supplies" when no shop supplies were used. They charged me nearly 3X what their sister store (Homer Skelton Ford) quoted me for the same service. Why didn't I go to Ford, they couldn't do the alignment until 01/24/22. And to top it off, the alignment was worse than when I dropped it off. I brought it back within minutes and asked for a print out of the alignment from the machine. They (lied) said it was in the trash. I offered to dig it out, they said they couldn't allow me to dig in their trash can and wouldn't ask the tech to do so either. They did a second alignment and called me near closing time to pick it up. This time they took a pic of the machine's results with a cell phone and printed that for me, finally admitting they didn't print it from the first alignment. The alignment is still off, even according to the pic they took of the results from their own machine. The service manager doesn't have time to call me back to address this issue, he's in meetings and hasn't returned my call. I will be taking up the issue with my credit card company if I don't hear back from anyone today. I don't do business with liars and thieves (it is fact that they lied about printing and tossing out the results of the first alignment, and it is my opinion that they are thieves by charging me nearly 3X the amount quoted by their sister dealership, $59 vs. $129)."
