"(PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING) I initially brought my truck to the shop with me believing that there was a valve cover leak due to fluid being on my rear coil pack. So I spoke with one of the gentleman to gather his expertise on if it was the coolant hose or if it was the valve cover gasket. We walked out to my truck and popped the hood and One if the mechanics stated that it was the hose and that it needed to be replaced. Due to me trusting his expertise I stated okay as long as its fixed and I don’t have this issue again lets do it…..well after 560$ of connectors and hoses and labor I drove it a week later and still the same issue. I went back the next weekend and then they stated the fluid was not coolant but now all of a sudden it is “oil” that is covering the coil pack….(How could the leaking fluid all of a sudden change?, if it was a coolant leak before how is it oil now?, they wiped it down and as I drove the next week the coolant was still leaking… I called to speak with the manager of the business and the second in charge stated they would give me a call back…NEVER received one at all. Now I am out of 560$ and a business that will not warranty their work…. So they hoisted my truck up and started pointing other areas of attention….I understand the other areas of attention but I came to you all for fluid on my coil pack not anything else on the truck………BEWARE of shops that flip the script on you just because they do not want to honor their work or simply dont want to touch it after they have taken your money."
