"Horrible service when repairing cars in accident. They didn’t perform a full check and never followed up after repeated contact to get issue resolved. They only repair cosmetic damage and didn’t check for internal after I stated it was something else not right. After getting paid by insurance company they refused to help fix matters and never returned calls or attends of me stopping by."

"My car was taken to Service King Bartlett for repairs to four broken door windows. After two weeks I literally reached out numerous times for updates no communication. The pictures attached are how I received my car back over a week ago. Not only did I take the pictures of this I asked Carol why was my car sand down in spots and they didn't have the approval to do so? I requested a manager to come out and to speak to me. She stated the manager wasn't there but she would call Chris and call me back. After this I waited to hear from them. I've called numerous times and left messages on the voicemail. So Tuesday I called again and at this point I selected the option to be connected to corporate and Carol at the location answered the phone. I asked her about the update of speaking to her manager about the damages occurred to my car while in their care. She stated her manager was in a meeting and that she would call me back. I asked her who was the manager and she said Cody. This time I was given a different name. At this point I googled the corporate office number in Texas filed a complaint and someone was suppose to call me back in 24hours. Well I'm still waiting for someone to be professional and reach out about this matter. The worse experience ever. I am missing my driver side rear floormat, my car cover that was initially on my car when they sent the wrecker service (Chris)out to pick up my car, and the inserts that go on my hood. I was told my car would be wrapped so there would be no damage on the inside of my car but the bottom of seat iron has rusted out."
