"I am writing this review about my experience with ICON Collision, specifically my service advisor Jeffrey Morris. Day one of dropping my vehicle off, Jeff met me with a very welcoming demeanor and a great smile. The young lady that sits at the front desk also greeted me with a beautiful smile and a pleasant, "how may I assist you?" Jeff was very patient throughout the process of getting my vehicle repaired from an accident. I had a plethora of questions and concerns about the process and he never showed any frustration with having to sometimes explain things more than one time. He returned calls and text messages in a timely manner. He proactively communicated every step for repair of my vehicle as well as any financial charges that may have arisen. Jeff was extremely accommodating when it came to me being concerned about my soft top vehicle sitting in the weather elements for almost two months. I purchased a car covered and Jeff took the time daily to cover my vehicle when it was not inside, and shoot me a quick photo to ease my anxiety. Unfortunately, my car repairs took almost two months because of unforeseen red tape and insurance legalities. Upon completing the car repairs and picking up my vehicle, Jeff washed my car prior to my arrival. Upon arrival Jeff met me with the same smile and awesome personality. Jeff made my experience with ICON Collision great. He was a AWESOME service advisor. I am forever grateful."

"Recently had my car at Icon for a while. The delays were caused by the difficulty in getting parts, which is fairly common these days. Jeff at Icon did an amazing job of communicating with me every step of the way. He worked with my insurance company to make sure I was taken care of. Throughout the process I never got frustrated because I always knew what was going on. The work was done exceptionally well and my car looks good as new, far better than how it looked before the wreck.
