Take 5 Car Wash

"We currently are out $40 because our American Express card was swiped twice and it went through but didn’t register on their payment machine . The attendant said to use our MasterCard for another $20 and it worked and got the wash. Attendance said, bring back proof from your American Express card statement and they would refund the $40. We did today and no refund was made. Was given number or text for refund . Still waiting. Can’t talk to anyone. Kinda frustrating, but got a good wash."

"The entire back of your car will not be cleaned. Corporate tossed the hand brushes so they cannot even help locally. Refunds require a seven day notice. I recommend the car wash out south or the Peppys on University Blvd.."

"Kareem B. did such an amazing job. Went above and beyond. The first time around the wash didn't get my rims and back hatch to my liking. He allowed me to go through the wash a 2nd time. And this time personally rinsed and scrubbed my rims and back hatch. Absolutely amazing. We don't have enough people nor employees in this world that go above and beyond for customers but Kareem did. Thank you so much for the kindness I was shown today. I will be back."
