"Great dentist. However, I was told I had to pay for a crown and that my insurance did not cover it. A few days later I found out they also received payment from my dental insurance. I called, emailed and physically visited many time and have not received a refund. It's been 3 months. So now I am dealing with my back to work on a refund. Not somethings I want to deal with."

"My husband was in incredible pain and couldn’t sleep for two days due to a bad infection and need for a root canal. He had a horrible experience prior and let the current situation get out of control before going in. Dr. Skidmore examined him, gave him antibiotics and told him to rest before making the decision for the root canal. We didn’t make it out of the parking lot before we went back in and scheduled the appointment. The office staff and dental assistant were wonderful and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Skidmore!
