"Dr. Dugard has to be the most rude, disrespectful dentist that’s ever practiced. A patient came in for an exam due to having some issues, and the second Dugard looked into the patients mouth he yelled “WOW, have you ever been to a dentist before?” Then explained how some tissue was bad and 4 teeth need to be removed immediately but he would not do it. After giving no explanation, he then walks away and begins gossiping with his staff about how this patient has problems and “needs all the help they can get”. (Dr. Dugard must have forgotten what HIPPA and patient privacy violations are). His assistant then walks back into the exam room to find the patient CRYING and when the assistant finds out what Dugard said, the assistant walks the patient to him (where he is still gossiping to his staff about the patients condition) and requests a verbal apology, Dr. Dugard then shouts “Did I say to bring her up here?!” and walks away. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone who is supposed to help people in need. Not only is this the most disrespectful dentist in Memphis but also one who won’t be around much longer due to getting sued and losing his license for multiple HIPPA/patient privacy violations. Stay away at all costs."

"Dr. Dugard has been my dentist for 20+ years and I hope this will continue for many more. He has a wonderful steady, firm yet gentle touch.
