"We had use this business twice, our first experience was good they pick up our car and tow it on time and we got our receipt by e-mail and text with no issues, the second time they tow our car same as the first time but our issues started after we asked for our receipt, it has been a week since the service and they are just giving us a hard time and don't want to provide that, my wife has called their office so many times and they just said that they will pass the message to Mark we Dont know if he is the manager or the owner or just a driver but the lady at the office who answer the phone is really rude, we are not asking for nothing impossible for them but people please make sure to ask them to provide a receipt on the day of service if not they wont ever bother to do it for you. We will not use their service again and if they ever provide a receipt I will update it here if there is not update that's means we never got it so just be careful anybody who use their service"
