Affordable Dentures & Implants

"I am very disappointed in my experience with Affordable Dentures and Implants. Initially I went there on the recommendation of a denture wearing friend, who ultimately chose not to have them do implants for him. His change of mind unbeknownst to me at the time, I scheduled an appointment for an evaluation. Upon consultation with a staff dentist, it was determined I would go for full dentures, along with 4 bone grafts in my lower jaw to support 4 implants. Upon receipt of the pricing (difficult to read due to very low toner in their printer), it was undetected that pricing for the implants was omitted, although pricing was included for the bone grafts. Long after the extractions, bone grafts and creation of my dentures, when I inquired about the implants, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that they would cost an additional 3K+. As a senior on a fixed income, this is a bit out of reach. Had I been aware of this additional cost, I would have opted for a partial upper plate, and nevermind the lower plate, negating the need for about $1,200 worth of bone grafts. As for my dentures themselves: The upper plate is tolerable, although it seems to have a food particle collecting "scoop" on one side, which results in annoyance and discomfort. The lower plate causes never ending misery. It juts forward, causing me to have a speech impediment I never had before. It comes loose and has to have adhesive reapplied 2-3 times per day, and rarely can I get through a meal without it getting loose. Food constantly gets underneath it, resulting in pain and general discomfort. Bottom line-it fits poorly. These issues have been reported during numerous adjustments and hard relines, to little positive effect. I have a number of friends who wear full dentures, and none seem to have the issues I'm experienc1l l ing. Given all of the above, I cannot recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants."

"This place hands down has got to have the most unprofessional office manager EVER... She is very rude and wouldn't even let me speak, then just kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak. That was just the start of it. They are not very informative for people that doesn't have the knowledge of anything with dentures and implants. Make sure you ask many of questions. I feel some information is left out purposely. I ended up leaving w dentures I couldn't even wear that cost a lot of money and lots of Sores in my mouth from where they tried to force them to fit. I would not recommend anyone going here. I would also say the office manager needs to be replaced. I'm sure I am not the only one that has had an issue with her in Jackson Tn at Affordable Dentures. Also called many of times trying to get in to pick up my dentures and I left many if voice-mails and I don't live close. I never could get a answer or a call back. so they say the reason they didn't fit was due to me not getting in soon enough. That was not my fault and if they were doing their job properly then I should have had a call back after leaving numerous voice-mail. I just think it's very unprofessional for any office manager to treat and talk to customers the way she did. It is also not right for clients to leave after spending so much money on a useless product without any suggestions on what could be done."

"To tell you the truth I don't like them at all because they made me appointment after appointment 6 times and they still haven't got me in to get it done. I'm sorry to do this but I'm mad no it's worse than mad. So good luck if you are going there to get your dentures. Deborah Henson"

"Friendly staff but you wait a long time in the waiting room. It's a year long process to get your final set of teeth. And then you have a 100 days to make that set correct. it takes 3 weeks to get in to get any adjustments done to your final set so that 100 days flies by it felt like a scam to me to me and my teeth still don't fit right."

"Dr Brian Patterson went above and beyond to make sure my be teeth had the best fit and made sure they looked good too!!! I hope the final finished product will look and feel the same. Dr. Patterson was God sent and my prayers were answered!!! Thank you Affordable Dentures!!!"
