"I'm disappointed! The repair person arrived with no repair parts. Took Temps at the fridge. City water connection check valve leaking. No replacement part. Tire hoist not maintain the spare in the full up position. No parts. Repair person measured windows to provide a quote to upgrade. A quote has not been provided.On demand water heater not maintaining set temp. Repair persons response "turn on some cold water". From my side of the fence it was a completely wasted visit that I had to pay for."

"Billy got Hera at 3:22 pm. He found and fixed the problem. He was done at 3:38. He then spent the next 20ish minutes telling un a few tidbits about how to care for our RV. He charged us for 1 hour and off he went. I definitely recommend you call these folks. ✌️"

"I purchased an RV from Camping world who after only having the thing for 28 would not repair my hot water heater without jumping through hoops and incredibly expensive trip charges so I began hunting for a local mobile repair service and found Moses! They were FANTASTIC!! Friendly, personable, but still profesional and FAST! They installed a brand new tankless, on demand hot water heater for me and I could not be more pleased! "Amazing and prompt service! Our electric trailer Jack failed when we were setting up our toyhauler in Memphis area - Tom Sawyer RV Campground. I called the TS office and they referred me to Moses RV Repair, as well as several other local mobile RV repair companies. One local business also recommended Moses which was super cool. Moses RV Repair responded rapidly and communicated well. This husband and wife team rock. His wife said he had over 200 calls that day (Memphis was packed with the motorcycle rally and Elvis Week) and he was trying to get to everyone. Wow!!! We didn’t hear back from ANY of the other local mobile RV companies. NOT ONE!!! Not even a follow up call!! Meanwhile, Tommy Moses rolls up to our campground the following day where he has us and 8 other customers. And after that, he’s headed to another campground to take care of many others who need his service. He had to replace the AC unit of a coach next to us first and while doing that, we had to leave for our tour at Graceland. He said he would finish up with that AC and then get to our job. Once he completed replacing our electric trailer jack, he sent us photos while we were at Graceland. Awesome! I mean….wow wow wow! We got to enjoy our tour at Graceland while he did the work. His price was extremely fair at $416 to remove/dispose of the old jack, and then install the new jack. The new jack is better than our previous with a bit more uummpphh. That matters. As well, our tailgate never cleared the previous jack, which sucked when trying to get to jack pads and whatnot. This new Jack is so killer and the tailgate clears it so we have access to the back of the truck without having acrobatics."

"Tommy and his daughter were amazing. Had some damage to repair and they got it back looking like it never happened. Replaced springs that were all in bad shape and would have left me stranded. Can't thank them enough!"
