"Edited review: adding to what’s down below. On top of the rudeness and lack of professionalism.. I went to another office recently. 1. They did new X-rays.. it took way less time than it did at Rolin hills. It didn’t hurt the whole time while they was doing it. 2. My same day appt the other dentist office offered to clean my teeth. Rolin hills made me make another appt to have my teeth cleaned. Who has time for all these office visits they wanted? 3. I was told by Rolin hills I need 3 root canals. THREE. I was told that the second step to the root canal wasn’t covered by insurance that it cost around 150.00 for it. I was gonna have to pay 450.00 out of pocket for 3 root canals I didn’t even need! Was they trying to make cash money off me? SMH. Also, my very first appt with the other office I recently visited did my teeth cleaning and the filling replacement in my front tooth all on my first visit. It can be done! Its all about finding the right office that don’t care all about money only. I wish I could give them zero stars! I went in and had dental X-rays done. The lady doing my X-rays was very sweet however, she kept telling me she was using the wrong bite block things that they put in your mouth to take the photos. That the adult ones were being used by the other person. It took a very long time for these X-rays to be taken and the top of my mouth was all cut up. I had spots that were swollen on the roof of my mouth. Fast forward to today.. the office manager, shayna, called and told me what my insurance was covering. She said that insurance requested more photos of the main tooth that the filling fell out of and I needed to go in for another appointment for the X-rays. All the time it took for the last photos it’s beyond me that they need more. So, I told her it was upsetting because this tooth really needs to be fixed and I asked if the reason why the photos weren’t approved is because the lady doing the X-rays was using the wrong size things to take the photos. She cut me off mid conversation and proceeded to tell me she didn’t have to do what she was doing and try to help me get insurance approval that I could do it myself. I told her I appreciated what she was doing but, I just wanted to know if that’s why because it’s not cool that I’m having to go in again to have more photos taken when I just had a bunch taken. And quite frankly, I don’t want more done by them because it hurt my mouth so bad. I got off the phone with her and decided to make an appt elsewhere. As soon as I was getting ready to call her back to tell her I wasn’t going to come back there because of how rude she was and the experience I had she called and said that after speaking with the dentist they think it’s best that I don’t come back there. I said ma’am, I was about to call and tell you I made An appointment elsewhere anyways because of how rude you are. For her to be an office manager, she is extremely rude and unprofessional."

"Reading all these reviews,I’m not surprised there aren’t many positive ones! I worked for Dr Rollin’s Madison office many,many years ago and it was absolute chaos! I was thrown into a position after visiting the Goodlettsvile office and the Office Manager,Pam,just randomly asked if I wanted a job! Against my better judgement,I said yes! I was given zero training and had no experience in dental office protocol and procedure. The office was ran like a chaotic train wreck! I got scolded by Pam if I asked questions,and if they did things incorrectly bc I couldn’t ask questions! Patients constantly called to complain about services,procedures and prices,it was a routine thing for these types of calls! Dr Rollin always seemed in over his head,anxious and his hands always shook! It appears nothing has changed other than getting worse there! I’m glad my career there was short lived!"
