"I had a light come on in my sierra 1500 2 weeks before I am going on vacation and driving to Panama. The light was a Service Brake Pad Monitor. I gave Serra Chevrolet a call and they said 3 weeks minimum. I then called Chris that same afternoon and he had me scheduled to look at it the next morning. He found that my rear brakes needed to be changed. Sent thorough pictures of his findings. I had my oil changed a week before at Serra and asked them to do a full inspection, well come to find out they didn’t. Chris and his team found a very dirty air filter as well. Once I authorized the work to be completed, they had my truck ready to go by noon same day. Chris and Jermaine are my go to guys. I will be returning for every service needed moving forward.
