"Wow!! 15 minutes for them to take our order in the drive thru at the window. The girl couldn’t figure it out so the boy came and helped her and then went and made our food. 3 girls standing around doing nothing!! Then 10 mins at the window??"

"I came in drive thru and order a shake and an order of fries.after paying I waited over 5 minutes for the shake and then sit there over 10 more minutes. The guy that took my order he sounded like he was in a really bad mood and did not display any customer service. He acted like he hated his job. No one come to the window to let me know why I’m waiting 15 min for an order of fries. There was only one car behind me so they had no customers there no one was in the lobby also. I was trying to get there attention so I can ask what is the waiting. I ended up just driving off and ever got the fries I paid for . I highly recommend not going to this location. I’m highly disappointed in there quality of service."

"Just wanted to brag on the management and employees at this location. They are always friendly and the service is always great. Always greeted with a smile. The food comes out hot and fresh. And let’s not forget the new blizzards they are amazing!!! I will definitely be back to this location."

"I placed an order online through doordash, driver picked up and dropped my order off fairly quick. Problem is, I ordered Blizzard and received a cup of chocolate milk pretty much. I didn't order a shake! I order a large blizzard! What happened to tipping the cup upside down and the ice cream not falling out? Mine poured out like a glass of milk! I'm very disappointed in my money being a complete waste!"
