"Came inside waited 15 minutes only to be told that. We are not taking orders at the moment that it would be a long wait because they are behind on orders. But are still taking orders for drive thru. I have never experienced this before."

"Just wanted 20 mins for no food. I watched so called cooks serving cold gravy and mashed potatoes. Asked if I could get help after 10 mins. No help. Finally I guess the manager decides he was going to help, but was playing on his phone and never took my order. Don't waste your time coming here."

"I rarely review fast food establishments but I’ve been to this KFC twice in the last two months and have to give props to the staff. Both visit times have been at approx 7pm on weekdays. Each visit our order is correct, food fresh and hot, and so impressive - the staff is hospitable, friendly, and professional. Well done!!"

"I ordered an online order, and I went to pick up at the time it said it was ready. I got there and the doors were locked, the drive thru told us to go thru the side, we did that and they said they needed to make more chicken, so we waited 5 min like they said, and then they proceeded to tell us they gave my meal to someone else and had to remake it. I waited a totally of 20 min after the time it said to pick up. Service was sucky and not very polite.. Them I got to my meal and the mashed potatoes I paided extra for were not even filled all the way, they made me wait a long time and then messed up my food and would not compensate for anything. I love kfc but this location sucks."
