"Yesterday I saw a film at your theater. My experience in your lobby was NOT pleasant. Your personnel (2 people) were abrupt and even rude to me. Buying my ticket, the young girl apparently does not understand that you DO HAVE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE SEATING (I am on a walker). When I requested that row (the first row after a break in the middle), she abruptly said, "M'am, we don't have handicapped seating." I finally pointed out Row G to her and asked for that seat, when she at first curtly said, "I don't know what you mean!" I noticed a general coldness and unfriendliness with 2 employees at your counter. They operate like robots with short, curt responses. I have attended movies at your theater for MANY YEARS NOW, and before there were always upbeat, friendly employees at the ticket counter. It was obvious they were working in a congenial, friendly manner with each other and all who entered the theater. Now they stand there, posted like STICKS - NO SMILES and abrupt behavior, without even a kind word to each other. Do you train them to behave this way? Or do they just lack finesse dealing with the general public? I may begin seeing movies at Paradiso in the future."

"One of the best kept secrets in Memphis! Great movie selection. Old school 4-screen movie theater from the 70's without all the bells and whistles, but with modernizations that make for a fantastic movie experience. Staff were extremely nice, the seats are super comfortable, and the floor is not sticky at all. Will definitely come here to see a movie again. Wish there were more old school movie theaters around Memphis like this instead of mega multiplexes. Highly recommend!"

"Concession stand people extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Chains were a bit worn and not the most comfortable. Security, however, was the BEST. He walked out the door behind us (3 girls) and watched until we drove out of the parking lot. I really appreciated that."

"I didn’t know what to expect when heading to Ridgeway Cinema Grill tonight but it is the cutest theater. I love the retro feel of it, but they also have done a great job updating the theater to modern taste. The food was delicious (there’s even wine!) and when the staff got our order wrong (one of our entrees was not rung up on the receipt), they gave us our burger for free! The bathrooms were also very clean and updated. I’m impressed and look forward to going back."

"Love this theaters layout. Stadium seating is comfortable and people do not step on your feet when they get up and come back during the movie. Have yet to have a bad view from any seat. The concession stand has nicer snacks than just popcorn and candy bars."
