"Place is an absolute scam. I walked by and remembered that I needed socks. Price said $20, however they tried to ring me up for $24 (not including tax) and told me that the price on the product is not what they sell them for, but what they buy them for. I just left and went somewhere else as $4 is not worth sitting and arguing over, however if they do this with just socks, it’s likely that their doing the same with their shoes. It’s cheaper to go down the hall to one of the many factory outlets where they usually have some kind of deal anyways. Avoid this store. They are dishonest and actively trying to take advantage of people for a few extra bucks."

"This was early in the morning. The entire store was like this. It looked like a riot had taken place just prior to me arriving. There were employees just standing around talking instead of working and cleaning up this disaster of a store. I've bought numerous pairs of shoes here in the past, but likely will shop elsewhere after seeing this mess."

"The store was dirty and unorganized. It's definitely the worst store I've seen in years. No other store in Opry Mills looked like this."

"Yeah - they have a ton of shoes, but I really worry about the quality of them. I shopped the clearance section to see if I could find some nice shoes on sale and unfortunately didn’t find anything. You win some you lose some I guess! But the store was amazingly clean and organized for how long it is and how many customers were there!"

"Something for everyone. The store is clean and had a friendly staff to great you. This store offers a large selection of varieties of shoe types for men, women and children. The shoes are in general on the expensive side even when on sale or clearance. However, this is definitely a place to look when you need a lot of options. Located in the mall across from Rainforest Cafe."
