"I am writing this because me and my boyfriend had the worst shopping experience and it will forever change my life. The employee or manger i dont know accused my boufriend of stealing. When we came in the store i said hey and she said nothing to me first. Next thing you know we were on the candy aisle in front of the cash register were she was putting helium in baloons. She was staring at us and i noticed it for 1 minute while we were deciding what candy we were going to get or snacks because it is alot of selection to choose from. so i then spoke to here again and she didnt say anything. So i spoke again and she was saying something about that my boyfriend no what he did and we could not believ it so i then asked her what was she taking about and she says he no and we were like did you say we took something. I started emptying out his jacket and pockets. We were going back and forth and we told her go look at the camera about 15 times she wouldnt say what he took or give any details. So my boyfriend got alittle heated and a cussing word slipped out so she then begins to kick us out. So i begain to cry and ask for manager and she told me she was the manager and leave and that she will call the police and my boyfriend told here to call them. we walked out and i called the police myself. They cam and emediatly took out side after talking to all three of us. We told them can they go look at the camera. Also i wanted and apology because this will stick to me as a memory. I feel like i am looked at bad because the color and young in me. I will comtinue to cry about this. I told the police officer all i wanted was for her to apologize and she couldnt even do that. I am now more scared to go in and stores actually public period because people judged by how you look. I have a 5 year old i for a second i regretted having him in the world. If you are readinf this please help me get a litte justice to put my mind at peace just a little."
"I was originally working at this location for over half a year. Almost a full year at this location, and on two different occasions they went over a month without contacting me and over a month without giving me any days to work. The second time, they removed my account from the company's website to check my hours, and have completely ghosted me for nearly 2 months now. I originally had no issues at all with this store, but they are constantly doing this and have even consistently done this with other employees (3 to my knowledge). I am sick and tired of this constantly happening, and then the managers will all try saying none of us are trying to work, but obviously we don't work if they ghost us for months at a time. This is completely unprofessional, and someone should be fired for this kind of behavior. I've tried contacting three different managers, and even came up to the store in person on two separate occasions, asking about what was going on and being told off."
"This place needs some guidance. The aisles are never clear or fully stock. Staff is nice but I would guess they need help. Aisle are always cluttered and a trip hazard. I hope someone from Dollar Tree reads this and tries to make it better. I usually drive to Germantown location due to availability of items and cleanliness. This location needs to be set as same standard as that one"
"When this location first opened it was amazing. Perfect. Convenient. Quick. Just visited it primary for a duster for my car. All I found was an empty box of only one duster amongst the most arbitrary stocking I have seen in my life. Meanwhile employees are blasting their lame new age mumble rap as they “stock” The kids toy area was haphazardly horrific. One toy bin had the legit mousetraps from the utility department. And since when did fireworks get considered kid toys?? The pics explain it all."
