"Some of the employees at this location are childishly rude and the smoothies are mediocre at best. There are many better options in the area."

"Just ordered a PB Swizzle bowl through the app.. When I arrived and picked it up, the bowl was half full. No peanut butter or granola at all. No PB… on a PB bowl. Every other location in Knoxville does amazing and this one is so inconsistent"

"These smoothie are the absolutely best!!! I work by this place of business so whenever I order out I choose Smoothie King!! I use a smoothie as a meal replacement.. Smoothie are no sugar added, fresh fruits. I also get my protein and energy mix for the days I work out!!!! The cost is through the roof but sometimes it's OK to treat yourself especially when your making a healthy choice!!!!"

"I gave the cashier my phone to only scan for the points and another card to purchase my smoothies on. She ended up charging the wrong card and said that she could not do anything about it. The manager on duty at the time said that would make sure that I got a refund, but she was not authorized to do and the store manager would have to fix it. I have called multiple times asking for the store manager and she is never in. I left my number for her to call and almost two months later, still no call. I love Smoothie King, bit I will have to drive further for better service. I never had an issue at this location until now."

"I love these smoothies, especially on Fridays when you can get the 32oz for $5. It's a small location with drive through only. The times that I have visited, the traffic in hasn't been too bad. Trhe smoothies are delicious and I give this spot two thumbs up!"
