"Turning away paying customers because they’re on a two hour wait to fill up balloons. The people they’re filling balloons up for won’t even be there for another two hours so why are you turning away people who are trying to pay right now for balloons? And on top of that, the woman at the balloon counter was nothing short of rude."

"I had ordered balloons to and noticed they hadn’t arrived in the time frame I was given. After calling and figuring out they were marked as delivered but I had not received them I was a little worried but the staff was absolutely amazing and so sweet and had more sent my way within the hour of calling. Great service and every staff member I spoke with was very kind. The balloons were wrapped and tied beautifully as well "

"If 0 is a rating, it rates: Go to WalMart or Target -- just don't even bother wasting your time here. Website inaccurately displays available stock. Empty shelves, messy store, nasty & unhelpful staff. After not finding what I needed despite PartyCity website displaying products as "IN STOCK" for this location, I decided I'd at least try to leave with a balloon. 2 staff were blowing up balloons at the counter so I asked them if they had one on the balloon-sample wall of interest to me; with 0 customer-service skills, they told me to get the balloon's ID#. I walked back to the wall, retrieved the ID#, returned to the counter where they were still blowing up balloons & gave them the ID#. "We're not doing any more balloons today. We're backed up." If they enjoyed a laugh from tooling with me, I more enjoyed not giving them a dime of my money & recommending you don't either unless you like paying to be made the target of staff misery."

"So I’m going to leave this party city a one star not because I wasn’t happy with the product, but the staff was extremely rude, except for Dom. I came in yesterday which was August 28 around 1pm. Dom was extremely nice cashing us out, the two other dark-haired women were extremely rude. If it wasn’t for dom I would’ve asked for a full refund and gone to a different party city. Quite honestly, you should either give him a raise or make him the manager because he understands customer service."

"Overwhelming place! Lots of great selection for party supplies. Friendly staff and well maintained place. This place has a wonderful collection of balloons for all occasion, a bit expensive though. Clean restrooms. They also have fitting rooms at this center. Some items are only available online and not available in stores."
