"I'm not sure where they find the people to work at this location, but they are the rudest people I've ever met. I walked in and the guy at the register just stares at me. I say "how's your today today?" and he still just stares. I place my order and he tells me we can't make it like that. You mean you can't add anything to a smoothie when it clearly says it on the menu?? I left and went to another location and they made it perfect. This whole location just needs to be shut down since they have multiple bad reviews about their service."

"MY 1ST TIME GOING HERE. THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY RUDE HE DIDNT GREET JUST STOOD THERE AND DIDNT SAY MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER NOTHING BUT HE DID MAKE MY SMOOTHIE. I WOULD HAVE GAVE GIVEN 5 STARS BUT HIS SPIRIT WAS NOT WELCOMING AT ALL MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE HE WAS THERE BY HIMSELF. JUST WORK ON BEING KIND INSPITE OF."

"This location has grown to be very poor. The young lady who waited on me did not greet me before taking my order. She also does not have good listening skills because I had to repeat myself over and over again before she got it right. They are extremely slow paced. I waited 15-20 minutes for one item not to mention I was the only customer in the store. It's like they stood around for 10 minutes then began making the product. After it was finished she handed me the product and said nothing. She just looked at me as if I was supposed to say something. There was no "thank you have a good day" or apology for the long wait time. The product was not made correctly. It did not taste good and there were chunks of ice all throughout. Terrible experience and a waste of money."
