"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Just know that if you spend money in this store, you will never get it back…let me explain. While there are signs at the register that say no refunds…the word no is cleverly covered with clutter. If you’ve never had a refund to do there you wouldn’t know it but they will not give you, money back regardless of receipt. For Christmas someone had bought me two shirts. Not close outs, not clearance items, regularly stocked, face valued items. When I received them, I felt like they were too large. I generally work a lot of hours and had my wife get me a smaller size to try. It was in fact too small and so thus I kept the two I was given for Christmas. This evening when we stopped by to return the one we purchased the cashier gave us a gift card. When my wife requested our money back, she was informed that they don’t do refunds….then why isn’t it disclosed so proudly on the front door like the shop local signage is? When I asked the cashier if that was true she said she didn’t make the rules and directed me to one of the owners of the store. When I asked him and explained the situation to him, he very nonchalantly said that’s correct. We don’t give refunds. So I left him with his $38 gift card because I won’t be needing it. I know losing my business won’t hurt them but I’ll be damned if I let these crooks have another dime of my money…shop local with em if you dare."

"Only stopped by to pick out new bibs for Hubby's work. It was actually really nice there. Pretty flowers and a nice store attached. Very friendly staff. I feel like this place is a hidden gem! Wish I would've known it existed when I did my flowers this year!"
