She went above & beyond in helping me today ; she guessed my son’s size(s) just by looking at him, she knew exactly what was in stock to include the sizes and location in the store! My son is autistic/has elopement issues so it’s really hard to shop with him..I told Brittanee about it and guess what she did yall??? She went and picked just about every item for us! I’m telling yall!!! I literally just stood around while she shopped our entire order; she was sooo polite, patient and informative - I was completely stunned at her level of customer service! So very rare these days! Us toddler/small kid/special needs Moms need more people like her in this World! I am sooooo grateful for her and I pray that her passions and energy takes her high places because it is well deserved! Heyy CARTER’S, GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE NOWWWWW!!! ❤️❤️❤️"

"What's the point of offering curbside on the website if the store won't actually honor and do it?? Sat outside 10 minutes before going into the store to retrieve a package that would have taken no time to bring out. Luckily my boyfriend was on the car with my preemie, but people choose curbside for a reason! And the clerk had the nerve to jerk her hand back after handing me my order.
