"Normally I don't do these but this place has gone downhill. I used to come here all the time. In fact my father and I have spent quiet a lot of money with these people but they lost my business. They got rid of all the people that actually knew what they were doing and replaced them with people who are rude and can't do their job properly. First: I go in and immediately tell them I had my check engine light on and they asked what was the car doing. I tell them it was shaking if i went over 25mph and they then asked me if the check engine light was on...... Second:When they called to tell me what was wrong with the car the convo really offended me. The guy called me and stated "One of the coils are bad in your engine a fell. I know this is all gibberish to you, so let me put it in words you'll understand.....'" LIKE REALLY!? First off, how rude. Second off, I know what coils are and about my car. I know the cost of repair and the fact that you over charged me due to "labor" and thinking I wouldn't know. Guess what, I do know you over charged me. I got off the phone and at this point was just wanting my car back. Now back to the 3rd thing: Third: I waited hours after that call and received no call at all that my car was completed. I called and the guy stated that it's been ready. Are you serious? No call at all to inform me? This is the last straw these new guys here screw me. I won't be going back which is a shame because we have been customers for over 10 years with them and the past 3 times we've gone they have screwed us. Well third times the charm. Loosing good customers that have paid a lot of money over the years to you."
"'Very time consuming' I arrived at the shop at 9:40 am this morning to get my car brakes checked. The Gentle behind the counter told me it would be an hour, before someone could inspect the brakes. 2 hr later, someone drives the car into the shop area. 20 min. later, they tell me that I need new brakes. I asked how long it would take for new brakes to be put on? I was told an Hour. My car was repaired 2 hrs later. I left the shop at 1:50 pm. Like I said, Very time consuming."
"Let me tell ya, I dont play with my $ or time. Which is why Scott is the ONLY person I'll deal with. I ask for him and refer customers to him and ONLY him. This is due to his GREAT (I mean GREAT) customer service. Every time I go, they (minus 1 guy...I dont like talking to him) are always courteous and professional. I travel 30 miles to only go to this shop for my minor car needs. May not always get great news, but it's always delivered professionally. I'm sure you'll be pleased as well."
"Work was fantastic but they tried to rip me off at the end. Car brought in for suspension work and I supplied the parts. Shop Manager (skinny guy with glasses maybe Ken Martin) showed me an estimate and thought it might take 2 hours. Shop did great work and it only took a 55 minutes. Went to pay and they wanted the full two hour charge. I asked them to remove it and he said no. I could not believe they were adamant to charge double. I complained and then he tried to discount the second hour a little. I am floored these guys tried to charge me double right to my face and only took off the charge when I started raising my voice and got the Store manager's card. His reasoning was that the mechanic was efficient. That doesn't mean charge me double!! Maybe I should ask my boss when I am at work to pay me double when I complete something early. Unbelievable. He finally took off the bogus second hour. THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE FUTURE BUSINESS..."
