"Very disappointed to find out that Johnston & Murphy no longer repair their shoes. I purchased a pair of dress boots about 1.5 years ago and the zipper has malfunctioned. Quality is not as good as it used to be, but that is to be expected; however, I also expected that they would either repair free of charge, or even at a cost to me. I would recommend that you look at buying a similar looking knock off product that’s half of the price. I don’t think I will purchase from this company again."

"Hands down the worst customer service AND product I have ever experienced. Purchased a $200.00 of men’s dress shoes that I wore maybe 10-15 over a 4 month period. The rubber inserts on the sole were not properly attached and basically caused a gap in the sole resulting in wet feet, etc... They proceed to try and tell me They can’t fix the shoe and I’d have to buy the same shoe at a discount!!!! Why would anyone buy another shoe that didn’t work the first time ?! The best part was the useless lady who had to call someone to help and then refused to let me talk to her and gave me the wrong customer service number! This was all after I had called the store earlier and explained the situation and they said they would fix it!!! Drove 40 minutes to deal with the above - never will use Johnston and Murphy again - I highly recommend Allen Edmond to those who consider this cheap un-customer centric company!"
