"We came in to pick out tuxedos for our groomsmen. The employee set us down with a binder and gave us a piece of paper to fill out then left us. Afterwards she stopped and tried to up sell us. We told the employee we didn’t want to force our groomsmen buy Tuxedos for our wedding, then all the employees refused to serve us. The employee who originally helped us told her coworker to help and she refused in front of everyone. It was humiliating. If management sees this, the occurrence happened on Sunday March the 3rd around 4:45. We grabbed our paper work and will be going to the cool spring location in hopes for a different experience."

Tina greeted us the first day we came in, took all of my fiancés measurements and started showing us some different suits. We had a color in mind, but weren’t quite sure if we were going to rent or buy, so she took the time to show us our options for both. She wrote all of our favorites on a piece of paper for us to take home and think about after spending a lot of time with us that day. We came back with our suit decision a couple of days later and then it was time to choose a pair of shoes. She brought several different pairs out for us to try based on what we said we were looking for and helped us narrow it down until we found the perfect fit. Tina was so attentive and patient with us throughout the whole process. We will absolutely be coming here for all of our future suit needs :)"

On top of being quick he was kind, knowledgeable, and very patient with my son who wanted to find a perfect fit.
