"Location is not reseller friendly, went to this location to return some items I ordered online and the cashier was refusing service because I was a "dealer." Don't profile people that spend thousands of dollars big shot. Hold that one star review that you caused for your location."

"HUGE thank you to the staff at this GameStop location for helping me and my family yesterday. Our car broke down right outside GameStop in the middle of the busy 4-way intersection. It was raining, and my hazard lights wouldn’t come on. I had my dogs with me and we rushed ourselves out of the car. The GameStop staff not only allowed me to come in with my dogs and sit out of the rain, but they also helped push my car out of the road. Thank you all so much for being so wonderful to us!"

"If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend this store. They are not kid friendly. I brought my 6 year old nephew a few months ago to buy a game he had been wanting. The guy with longer hair monitored our every move. Then my SIX year old nephew was told to put the games right side up because people can't read them upside down. I'm sorry but if he needs to learn that then it's something I should teach him not a store clerk..I should've walked out right then but my nephew really wantes the game. I myself wouldn't have just left them upside down but him trying to tell my nephew that really bothered me. He's a good kid wasn't disruptive at all so there was no need in being monitored."

"ROACHES!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Bought a PS5 from this store an hour before they closed. Drove home to open it up and find dead and live roaches in the box and the system! I called immediately no answer. Called the next morning no answer! Finally after calling 15+ times got someone to answer. Told them situation and the guy said impossibly roaches had to come from MY house and hung up on me. I’ve never had roaches! Hadn’t had system 12 hours. Called another store and was able to get management to take system back and give refund. But it still came with a price because I’ve found 2 baby roaches in my car since having the system in there. I do not recommend getting anything from this store! Absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service."
