"Installed shocks upside down even after holding vehicle for two days in order to provide additional inspection. Returned after 500 miles to retorque bolts and wasn’t caught then either. Rude and unprofessional staff."

"Would not recommend. Only guarantee their work for the first 500 miles, which tells me they don’t have faith in their own staff. The staff is rude and should not be dealing with the public. All my Jeep peeps, if your looking to get lifted, find somewhere else!"

"This place do amazing work an I do mean amazing work Tray is very knowledgeable, an knows how to get you the ideal look but there is , one guy that makes the whole place look bad , all while I was there he never gave no advice but judged my opinion without knowing , who I was nor how much money I have spent !!!! If it wasn’t for Tray I would’ve been took my business else where. GREAT PLACE overall!!!!"

"Worked here as a tech until about a year ago. I’ll start by saying the guys in the shop do great work, but the owner ruins the shop’s credibility. He doesn’t know what he’s doing but uses the shop to live out his personal dreams. He assigns repairs without a proper inspection, and sends them home without a test drive, I can say from personal experience getting work done here is endangering to your vehicle and yourself. And if you’re a person of color, just know he’ll be calling you slurs behind closed doors and treating your vehicle with that same respect."

"I can mostly definitely say that I was very hesitant to get my Truck lifted. But after visiting ORi and talking to the staff, they gave me a very good education behind the method.
