"Why put a self check out line in if you are going to watch someone like a hawk and then ask did you forget your cold drinks? I said no mam sure didn't . If you don't trust someone is doing the right thing maybe they should get rid of the self checkout. The more I think about it there isn't a problem with the self check out it is the woman/employee that was very rude and disrespectful at the self checkout. I told her I would never be back in that store and I am sure you don't care. She had no reaction at all. What great customer service. I totally understand they have to make sure you are not stealing something but this was out right almost accusing me of it."
