"Lowe's has refused to replace a tool my relative has brought to this specific store because it didn't look the same as the same tool but different design. The tool had a lifetime warranty on it."
"So I went into this Lowe’s for the first time, just to exchange some chair gliders. Instead, I was told $ was refunded to the original form of payment. However, not knowing the cashier was going to just refund the amount to the gift card that was used on 12/30/23 to purchase, I let her know that was a non- reloadable gift card that we no longer had (since it was empty and non- reloadable) I was in the store for 45 mins being accused of lying and that they couldn’t do anything for me. My cashier was helpful, however I’m not leaving the store without my refund, and probably won’t ever spend my money at Lowe’s again. I was talked down to by who I assume the manager accusing me of it not being a gift card, since it would have “gave us the option to put it on a merchandise credit) she was clearly incorrect. After sitting on the phone with this visa gift card number, only to be told I have to wait 7 days for the $4.91 to process (currently pending) my purpose of this is not to maybe prevent this from happing to the next person, with no help from the management in this store. Maybe before just refunded money, let the costumer know, we can only exchange, &/or ask if the customer still has that card. And then possibly be a bit more helpful in resolving the issue. As opposed to looking at a complete stranger, telling them, sorry bout your luck. Really disappointing. If I am reached out too, I will give her name. But that’s really not the point here. The point is treating ur costumers with respect when they are buying product from ur company, instead of losing some. Really disappointing."

"Just want to start by saying this, I have probably spent 250,000 dollars between this store and Cookeville store building 2 homes. In the last 2 months I have tried to exchange 2 Kobalt items that say clearly on the package "simply return to the store no questions, no hassle returns or exchanges. Well lets just start by saying this statement is so far from the truth. The first $10 item we tried to exchange we stood at the counter for an hour and half while the incompetent employees gave us a phone number and told us to go home and call for a return authorization number, finally they called and got a number. lets see here 3 employees time probably $13hr equals $58.50 for a $10 item LOSS of at least 48.50 good business practice. Then Saturday October 14 after driving 45 minutes to get there with a broken Kobalt hard hat light $32 which I need for work Monday was told the exact same thing here's a number go home and get us a number and we will exchange it, another hour at the counter, 2 more incompetent people $13hr x2 equals $26 plus customer driving an hour and half back and forth $20 gas. This time no exchange or answer at all. we also asked for the manager, she could not get up out of her chair to come talk to us. Great manager service. Come on Lowes lets get with the program. Just a hint for everyone go to home depot 2 miles away, much nicer and much more helpful employees and good products."
