Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

"Just left the Tanger. The manager opened the store late. And then when we came in we spoke and said Goodmorning he was radio silent. He did not greet us! All he said was someone will be with you. After waiting 10 minutes for help someone came to the front. My fiance and I explained that we had come in to purchase a shirt last week during the 40% off deal and the large sizes were out of stock. A store employee had placed an order for her for a large size and when the shirt came in it was a small. She was disappointed because she wanted to wear it for her birthday. We ask the manager Johnathan if he could help us with ordering another shirt at the same price with fast shipping or any compensation for the inconvenience. This issue was due to their negligence. The manager claimed he would talk to his General manager but instead went to the back of the store and continued to laugh and joke around. I asked for corporate number and made a formal complaint because you don’t treat your customers in this manner. We left without the shirt and we basically missed out on the sale because of their employee’s mistakes. She spends hundreds of dollars every other month in this store and for us to be treated in this manner was an eye opener and it will be a long time before we ever visit this location again."

"I found the price of a boot that was 69 dollars. I asked them to get me a different size and when I went to pay they told me a price that was 3 times the price. When I told her to get me the manager, he was so rude and told me that I was negotiating with him and he told me this is our policy. Since when is this Ralph Lauren policy regarding customer satisfaction? This is the worst Ralph Lauren Outlet store I have ever been to. I don't recommend this store."
