"This place is horrible. On hold for 15 minutes to speak to someone about transferring my prescription (which I need) to a pharmacy that does have it in stock... three people ahead of me, then two, then one, then the phone is ringing, then it rings for two minutes and auto hangs up on me. 17 minutes wasted. I call back and they put me back in line. I would be ashamed to work at a place like this."
"Went to get a propane exchange. They were busy, understandable. The 2 young men working registers stayed cool and remained friendly. They could not find the tag to scan so called for help. I offered to go elsewhere based on their line. Young man assured me manager was coming to assist. Red headed lady in green shirt shows up (assuming it’s a manager). Barks at the guy at register to help the next customer while she goes and looks for it. I state again, I can go elsewhere. She marches off to the back announcing over her shoulder “if he’s going somewhere else I’m not even going to look for it” That should guarantee the next soul looking for propane exchange will be disappointed. The problem with this store is not their employees, it’s their pathetic excuse for any semblance of leadership."
"They’re ALWAYS closed.. and sometimes they even close early. They close an hour in the middle of the day for lunch. Cant you stagger your lunch breaks so you don’t have to close the entire freaking store in the middle of the day!!!?! Theyre always out of medications and have to order them. Absolutely ridiculous dealing with these pharmacies is enough to make you pull your hair out! Stock medications so you don’t run out for gods sake! Employees make slick comments to each other about customers thinking we don’t know what they’re talking about. Yeah we hear you."
"You can't get good service because corporate and management would rather be stingy or petty than give it to you. You are paying higher prices but they are still not properly staffed and still don't pay employees a livable wage and they will cheat you by keeping you part-time and selling you insurance coverage that offers no real advantage when bundled with employment. Don't know why you would buy groceries at a pharmacy anyway unless you just like throwing your money away. Also if you're a senior do not buy their credit card, it's not a membership card it's a credit card. Guess they are trying to squeeze the old people dry before they start shutting down stores."
"Had a vaccine appointment, got there and stood in front of the window and the worker looked right at me and ignored me. He looked busy so it was fine. But then he talks to the people that came in behind me and went to another window. I understand you're understaffed, but don't make appointments available if you can't handle it, or at least just say "hey we're slammed, it'll be a little while." I think they just wanted people to leave, and it worked! Luckily there are plenty of other options!"
