"Went to Micheal’s tonight at 7:50 pm with my boyfriend to get some paint. We were immediately greeted by an employee saying they were closing an hour early thus closing at 8pm. No explanation why or apology was offered. We still went in to look for paint and was offered no help to look for our items. When I asked for help finding primer the employee ignored me and walked away. He told me we didn’t have primer and that the registers would close automatically in one minute even though it was 7:55. We both felt extremely rushed and the employees were incredibly rude. They kept reminding us every minute that they were closing soon. Not only did they rush us but several other customers who were trying to find their items. When I was at check out I heard an employee keep telling another customer that they were closing soon when the customer wanted to look at another item. Overall it seems as if the employees didn’t care and only wanted to get out early. Worst retail experience I’ve ever had."

"I place an online order for a Sizzix $140. I receive a text saying my order was picked up. Wasn’t me. After not getting help from customer service I went to pick up my order anyway. It was there but when I went to take item out of the box I noticed it was stuffed with an old blanket and a weight. No Sizzix. I will never order from Michaels again. How could they let this happen."
