McKay's Nashville

"My husband and I were headed back from a short trip when we saw and visited McKay’s in Chattanooga. That’s the day my life changed. Forever. The stock of used books in every subject and how every aisle was organized was amazing. A few weeks later, I visited the Nashville store, brought a few books to trade, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount received for those. Best store for readers. Ever."

"I have come to this location multiple times and never leave disappointed. They have everything you could need. They have books of all shapes and sizes. They have CDs, DVDs, records, Blu-Ray, comics, and graphic novels. They sell games for multiple different consoles(new and old) , musical instruments, and even toys. You can sell your old books and DVDs and then go shopping for more. Truly an amazing place to be in."

"What a place for book lovers !!!! If you love reading books, this is the place where you will get the books pretty cheap. It has all the sections like drama, science, fiction, technology, computers, kids, horror and all others for old books. Not just books but you can get all the other old electronics, speakers, music systems, tv, old cds, cassette, vinyl records and all. Wow this place is treasure."

"We LOVED McKay's! This chain of used book, movie, board game, video game, record, CD, and comic book store is something else. They have locations in Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Winston, NC, and Greensboro, NC. They have an amazing program, where if you turn in books, games, or whatever, they give you credit you can use to check something else out. It can almost work like a library that way. The place is a paradise. I highly recommend their board game selection and their Christian academic book selection. The board games are new and with all their pieces. The books are reasonably priced: maybe not thrift store prices, but there is much, much more selection than a thrift store. We also bought a $20 Mandolin hard case! That was unexpected, but that's what McKay's does: you leave with less money but much happier and with much more stuff!"

"I have been hearing about this place for months, and just recently was able to to! I love this place! So many good finds! Great for gifts. This is a homeschoolers happy place! All the movies in the picture were under 3 dollars each, (except the series) and the quality is great! So many great books too! (The book in the picture is great! I recommend reading it!)"
