The F250 Limited I was originally scheduled to test drive began to have transmission issues prior to my arrival - which Bobby was very upfront about upon my arrival. Bobby had a great knowledge of his stock of vehicles, however, and he recommended an F250 Platinum that he had in stock which fit my needs. I would recommend Collierville and Mt. Moriah Auto Sales to anyone in and around the Eastern US - it is well worth a drive in for their selection, pricing, service."

"I had previously left a 5 star review as soon as I purchased a truck there. Initially, their service was 5 star, until they got their money. Then everything changed in a very bad way. Not only did I have to wait 6 months to get my tags and renew my temp tags twice, but they have dodged my phone calls, ignored me , and lied to me about a check they owe me for a spare key I was promised. Not only did they promise it, I went above and beyond for them and mailed my spare key to them. Jose said he promised a check in a week after 2 months of asking for it. As anticipated, a week passed and no check. I call back and never get return calls. Jose does not respond to my text or calls anymore either. Being a disabled and retired veteran I would have thought Jose being a brother in arms would have taken more care and concern on the matter. But I assume the folks at Collierville auto have no concern for that either. Their integrity and loyalty are non existent. Promises have been broken, lies have been told, time has been wasted, and as a business owner myself I highly suggest everyone stay as far away from this establishment as possible. Save yourself a lot of heartache, time, effort, and frustration and go elsewhere."

"The center is nice itself and the guys there are very polite. I sold my car to them on September 3 and it took forever for my payoff to be done and today I just received my balance of the payoff 2.5 months later. On a good note my brother did buy a nice truck there that he loves."
