"My husband has difficulty finding off the rack pants that fit well, so I sent him here to be fitted for a pair as a gift. He made an appointment for measurements. He expressed concern to me that the measurements did not seem to be as extensive as those taken by tailors he has used in the past. When they called to say they were ready, he went to pick them up. The pants were not even hemmed and Eric, the owner, was not there. He tried the pants on so the employee could mark the length, but the pants fit worse than off the rack. The employee agreed, but was not a tailor and was only able to say my husband would have to come back when Eric was there. However, Eric was not there on multiple subsequent trips. So we gave up. $125 deposit down the drain. Lesson learned. "If it ain't broke don't fix it!" We took our business back to Peter Nandwani who does excellent work that he stands behind."
